Is it really free?
Listing your shop is free and there is no commission on orders. The billing software is free to try, and a paid plan after that.
How much commission do you take on my sales?
Zero commission on sales. We charge a fixed platform fee for the software plan — monthly or yearly — and that is all. Sell ₹1,000 or ₹10 lakh in a month, the fee does not change.
Is this like Amazon or Flipkart?
No. They take a cut of every single sale, so the more you sell the more you pay them. We put your own shop online for a flat platform fee — the customer buys from you, at your shop, on your terms.
Where do orders and payments come to me?
The customer taps the order button and lands straight in your WhatsApp with the product details. You confirm, you deliver, and the customer pays you directly — cash, UPI or your own payment gateway. Your money never passes through us.
I sell on Instagram and WhatsApp status. Can I use this?
That is exactly what it is for. Your shop gets its own web page on Bill Bazaar — put that one link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status or Facebook page. Customers open it, see your products, prices and what is in stock, and tap to message you.
Will customers see my live stock?
Yes. Stock and prices on your page come from your billing, so what customers see is what you actually have. Fewer 'is this available?' calls, fewer cancelled orders.
How do I join?
Open billbazaar.com, tap Register Your Store, and enter your shop name, town and mobile number. It takes about two minutes.
How is it different from ordinary billing software?
The billing is the same job — GST invoices, stock, reports. The difference is that your shop is also visible online to customers searching in your area, which billing-only software cannot do.
Do I need a computer?
No. Cloud billing runs on any Android phone or browser. If you have a busy counter, the advanced desktop software runs on an ordinary Windows PC and keeps working without internet.
